    Default Major Incidents?

    Hi,

I'm just updating my p and p's in line with the new EYFS and generally having a major overhaul and cutting out the flotsam and jetsom - are we supposed to have a policy for major incidents such as flooding, gas leak, riots etc or is it not necessary? If it is - what on earth do we put in it?

    Thanks, Jen x

I suppose a whole sheet of paper to write 'grab all the kids and run for it' is a waste really isn't it??!!

My emergency evacuation policy covers the need to leave the house for any reason - fire, flood, gas leak, forced evacuation etc.
