I have a full time space on weds and friday which Ive been trying to fill for a while. Just had an enquiry for Thurs and Fri
But Thurs I already have a 19m old, 3.5yr old and a 2.5yr old and cant have a variation as its new business

Or offer the new parent the wed/fri and then vary it after a few months - or is that an abuse of the the variation thingy?

Never mind.
He goes to preschool Mon, Tues, Weds and they don't have a Thurs free so she needs a childminder for thurs and fri.
