Well done Penny!
It popped up on Facebook, via a NurseryWorld update. I thought "I know that name"
thats brilliant, well written , makes common sense ,, hope more Intelectuals read it and realise we know what we are talking about xx WELL DONE PENNY
Well Done Penny
Just out of interest Penny , did you challenge the inspector on this recommendation?
Go Penny
love Sarah.
excellent blog Penny - you must be (or should be) really proud that its been picked up by Mr R.
gosh between you and Sarah
Thank you all - and how nice for Agent Tink to post it.
No I did not challenge the inspector - after five hours of pilot inspection I had had enough (and if you remember I had had only a couple of days notice and was in a lot of pain with my leg) Anyway - I knew she had to think of 'something' and in a way was glad that that was the only thing she could think of.
Also not a real inspection - so does not stand - so i don't have to action
I would challenge if a real inspectition
Penny
Thanks Penny it made very interesting reading - and nice to have someone that shares my views on this subject ... I will definitely be challenging my inspector if they try this one on me
wonderful.
totally my thoughts too. i have one LO who is asking what words are in books, sounding out, asking the sound of specific letters and another LO of the same age who likes listening to a story and that is sufficient.
it makes me laugh when inspectors come up with 'silly' recommendations - mine was to share more with other professionals .. i didn't have any mindees at nusery or preschool, i spoke to teachers at school most days and saw HV every month at baby clinic!
Wow, well written Penny and very interesting to read.
The Ofsted inspector obviously had to dig deep to find any recommendations to come up with that one.
Linda.
The first of many, I'm sure.
Carol xx
WOW, that is so fantastic, well done you xx
x helen
Well done
Why hasn't Gary Barlow come to my rescue yet?
Good going Penny
Jen
