Retainer for summer holidays

Hi

Have had enquiry for a teacher term time only but with the odd few hours over the holidays... Will have little one around 20-25 hours a week (basic hours 21 but she said might need couple hours after it)

I would love to do just term time only but cant afford to yet and my other little ones are year round so will be holding space for this little one all next summer

What should I charge for retainer?

i charge full fees for termtime, then half fees for school holidays - but add them to the termtime fees. ie £4/hr x 39weeks + £2/hr x 13weeks = £182 divided by 39 = £4.666hr for TTO

any holiday days are then booked as extras and full TTO fees are due for those days.
