Not sure. I always thought it was GP or Clergy.

Because I have been asked before I went on to the direct gov site and checked, I know some childminders on here have done it but as only on average 25% get checked they may slip through the net but childminders do not appear on the list so if the application is checked it will get sent back. A mum at school is an accountant but only part qualified and she had contersigned in the past ok but when one was picked out for checking it was sent back as her qualification inadequate. I was always under the impression that if you were degree educated that was ok too but just a degree educated person does not appear on the list.
A teacher or University lecturer can do it.
I think you'd need a teaching qualification, I've done them in the past as a teacher.
Anyone who works in a bank can also do it. I know a few of them
Retired teachers, police officers and such like as well as those still working

As we are OFSTED registered as individuals we can do it!
