Default Friend as assistant & her son...

A friend of mine has said (as she knows I am getting quite busy now ) that if I ever feel that I would like a hand or another pair of eyes she would happily do an afternoon here and there as my assistant if I registered her. She would have to bring her son along though (he is 9 months at the moment), am I correct in thinking he would be included in my numbers although I wouldn't technically be childminding him? At home I am happy enough but an extra pair of eyes on outings to the park and toddler group would be very handy.
