At the end of August for two days (28th-29th) I will have quite a few children including:
3.5yr old
2.5yr old
22m old

I will also have a 4yr old who starts full time education on the 30th. Can you believe the timings 1 day!!!!
Anyone know if I'll have to get a variation or if she will be counted as a schoolie?

Can't believe I'm going to have a fill out that form when there's 1 day in it

Can only suggest that you contact Ofsted and see what they say

As Christine suggests I'd ask Ofsted... no the school child won't be classed as school until they attend full days 5 sessions a week.

Not the last summer hols but the one before that I had a child who was due to start FT school in the Sept and Ofsted agreed that he would be classed in my 5-8yr group as of the start of the summer hols.

I was given a variation on the phone. It only took a few minutes.
