Do you mean write them put each day? No.

I have a variety of risk assessments I complete annually or when things change that cover what we do.
I make a note if things happen out of the norm, so if we have to walk in road because a car is on the path etc.

I risk assess all the time but visually and make notes of anything I do to remove hazards, eg. Dh left laptop cable dangling In the lounge.

    A written one? No

However you will visually do a RA everyday, probably many times a day.

You should have a tick list that you check everyday for the areas of your home you use for childminding. Including the garden. Mine is set out room by room.

You don't have to have a daily tick list! Do whatever suits you.I have a general RA of all areas and if I find a "risk" I action it, noting it in my diary.
I find tick lists too prescriptive and sometimes you only look at those things on the list, but they are a great starting point.
