It's made the news today - running on BBC news and sky that there is a childcare review team commissioned to review provision available. Mentions that they may change our ratios and allow more qualified cms care for more children. Also mentions minimum qualifications of maths, english a-c gcse as a requirement as well. BBC also mentioned de- regulation as a consideration.
