Default feel sad need help with a letter please

My assistant of over a year has been told today by her specialist that she has to stop working straight away she has a double hernia and having surgery end aug and and then needs 3 months recovery. she was finishing with me end july due to children going to school. but this is sudden im feeling very emotional. i think it would be a good idea to write to all parents to let them no what does everyone think or should i do verbally? also if anyone can help me put it into words as im struggling to no how to write it.
i no we will always be good friends and she will come and see us lots but seems final to quick

Maybe it would be good to write a short newsletter to inform them that she is leaving, how fantastic she has been, how you are sure that they and the children will miss her as much as you will. You could get her a Sorry you are Leaving card and ask them to sign it.

Avoid saying it was for health reasons as that is her private business.

Bridey said it! also you could reassure in writing ...... Hoping she be we'll come back when she is better. It's so hard as you get so used to person who has been so helpful and get on really well with yourself and children... Gook luck hope all goes well with your friend and your self.

So sorry to hear your friend isn't coming back!

Maybe parents would like to sign a card for her or contribute to a bunch of flowers.

    Hugs xx
