Anything else I can put on risk ass.?

Hi, I was wondering if there is anything else I should put on my risk assesment for my new conservatory?

So far Ive put :

Plug sockets - covers on
Heating and Lighting - check temperature and lighting in advance before use, and heat up and cool down before using
Open doors in warm weather leading out into garden - make sure garden is safety checked regualarly, and gate is secure and locked etc.
Open windows - top opening windows - have an awareness of the windows being open
Doors opening and closing - door stoppers to prevent doors opening and trapping fingers etc.
Emergency exit - ensure keys are hung up by back door in the event of emergency evacuation etc.

Is there anything else Ive missed?

sounds good to me i cant think of anythn else but then i dont have a conservatiory soi i havent done one for myself but it sounds like u have covered what would be in there x

Do you have blinds on it? The cords need to be safe.

Here's mine....

I also did a new fire risk assessment stating we'd leave through the conservatory rather than the patio doors as previously shown on the drawings...
