    Default would you say something?

    parent called me this morning and said would be collecting an hour and a half early tonight and could her son eat early (i said i would try and do dinner early but depended on everyone else!) he has eaten early but she is now 15 mins late (to time she said) would you say something? i actually made last minute plans so i am now late! i know i am still being paid but kind of annoying!

    Personally I would of said I would give her a snack like a slice of toast to put her on, but I could not do her an early tea. I would tell them in the future if they collect early you will only be able to give her a snack. There choose to pick up early why should you kill yourself for them.

    Hi, I too would have offered something on toast, I struggle to get all fed on a normal night
