    Default Books on Healthy Eating?

Can anyone recommend any good childrens books/resources explaining Healthy Eating, Food Groups, why we eat etc suitable for a bright 5 yr old?

My 4.5 year old DD is driving me SPARE with her fussy picky eating, but is switched on about learning things, so maybe I just need to start teaching her WHY she needs to eat her blooming food.

Oliver's Fruit / Oliver's Vegetables - they might be a bit young but will help to re-focus.

Try not to worry too much though - the more of a battle you make it the less your daughter is likely to eat! Relax a bit and offer choices and she might try things
