training to be a childminder

i am on a fast track childminding course and have to work and look after family i really need to get homework done but i am trying to do the legal bits and i am having trouble finding what - achieving economic well being actually means children act 2004

I am interested in this fast track how long does it take and who are you doing it with?
as for economic well being its about adults helping children to develop good habits as inquisitive independent learners, making as much progress as they can and also develloping collaborative skills.
I'm sure there are more but they spring to mind
