cant share on own FB but just heard my brother-laws sister has died today following a asthma attack leading to heart attack she leaves 6 children youngest 5years and is only 40.

so sad ;-(

just needed to share.

I had similar experience last Christmas. My brother in law sister died. I used to work with her and often saw ger at family parties etc.
She was in her 40's. blood clot. On New Year's Day. Terrible and really shook all of us. She left 2 grown up children. 1 grand child 1 on the way, son was getting married.
Life is too short and we shouldn't take things for granted

My brother died at 29 leaving a 2yr old, and 6 months later, a friend of his died after an epileptic fit (hit her head on the worktop) leaving 4 under 6's (one being 3 mths old)
Makes you want to hold on tight to your own (little and not so little)
