    Default CRB Check

My son turns 16 in March so I need to get a CRB check done on him.

Can anyone tell me where I get a form from please.

    Thank you.

I've just called Ofsted and you have to complete and return the EY2 and then they send you out a CRB form. Here is a link to download it but it is 23 pages long!!!
