    Default Variation help please

    Hi help please
I am applying for a variation, to extend hours of a child already with me, that will overlap with others making 4 children for few hours a couple of days per week

Ofsted have sent me a form to fill out

Could some one please give me a clue to whats need here?

E Action plan ( include a plan of your day and how the individual needs of each child will be met)

do I write about each child with their age?
and do I write down every day eg: monday toddler group from ? till ? Etc ?

When I did mine I just wrote about how I would manage to get out and about safely in general eg covering school runs. About sleeping arrangements. Eating arrangements. Basically to show that you have the necessary equipment to be able to provide for all the children and keep them safe. I didn't go into huge detail just wrote about general things like school runs, trips to the park, woods, car seats etc etc.
