Unfortunately, a person has to be caught first (and (I think) then successfully prosecuted) before it appears on the crb

When I used to catch staff stealing in my old job, they always used to tell me that had never done it before (they had, just they hadn't been caught).

A CRB is only good the day it is done and is worthless unless someone has been caught. Remember the Soham Murders?

I have never had a CRB done by Ofsted, I was one of the cms transfered from Social Services in 2001 and there were so many of us Ofsted said it was too expensive to CRB us. It makes me laugh the do our 16yr olds and not us
