I charge hourly rather than session/day fees.

I have a set fee for a full day but don't have a part time rate. I would just charge hourly. Alot of minders in the forum do have a minimum amout of hours. I suppose it depends on your enquiries.

What i have done with a couple is charge the full day rate even though they don't use the full day (hope that makes sense). It works in both our favours as some days I have a really early collection & others they use the full session.

    Hope that makes sense!!

Same here, I have a set fee for full days but will charge per hour for anything under 8 hours.
