deposits and contract Question

hi i have a mum coming to pay deposit for holding a space.
do i have to have contract to accept the deposit. only ive not got them off MM yet. arghh. hopefull ythey come before thursday.

I would have thought as long as you have a letter detailing what days hours the Mum will require and the date the full Contrat will begin and the amount of Deposit being held and you both sign it that should be fine. Get the full contract signed asap. Oh and make sure you have Mums full name and address and los name and dob.
