Default Do contracts etc need to be locked up?

I have the NCMA purple box, but do we HAVE to lock contracts, child record forms etc, or just keep them somewhere safe and private?

Mine are in a box file - each child's in seperate folder. Box file is kept in kitchen but is not locked. Mrs.P was fine about it.

I think the layout of your house has a bearing - my kitchen is at the back of the house and is not accessible by visitors / parents without me knowing.

Mine are in the NCMA box that can be locked. In reality it rarely is as I'm in and out of it so often. But if Ofsted were coming it would be locked, yes.
