going down

Hi all,

Been dieting since 22nd April,and down stone and half now! Feeling so much better in myself, and can actually stomach looking at myself in the mirror some days!

Still 2 1/2 stone to go, but I've gone back to Tae-Kwon-Do 2 weeks ago, so am hoping that it should drop off now. I love this sport, its similar to Karate (only better!) I am 2 belts away from black belt (had time off during pregnancy and upto now - 9 months post baby).

Hope you're all doing well, and keeping motivated!

well done you - what a fantastic weight loss. It must really motivate you to keep going.
I too have a lot to lose around 3 stone, I have lost 7lbs so far, the road always seems so very long.
