I am filling in the question about managing childrens behaviour.

How do you do this? Do you have a written policy?

I have a behaviour management policy which talks about the ways I positively manage children's behaviour.

I have a procedure which discusses how I support children and work with families if a child has behaviour challenges.

I then say what will happen if the support is not working and things break down to a level where the child is probably better off elsewhere.

I then have a list of positive ways I manage children's behaviour which is shared with parents.
