what RA's do i need?

hi, im just doing my risk assessments, so far i have:
daily tick sheet for the home

then yearly ra's for:

my home and all rooms
school run (walking)
park
zoo
soft play
shops
public transport
car
walking
feeding the ducks

ive just done places i go regularly, havnt done a toddler group one yet as i havnt started going yet so i dont know the place

are there anymore i need or is that do do you think?

do you go to soft play, other people's homes?

how would i do one for other peoples homes? things like if they havnt got socket covers, do i just say how i would supervise the children so they dont touch?

Mine has 2 lines aswell as my walking and car policy

Have I been to these houses before?
Is there accessibility for pushchairs?
Usually yes. I plan the route so that I have footpaths along the route
What do I need to take?
Pushchair/Stroller if walkingI carry with me change bags, snacks, lunch, drinks and appropriate clothing

I also thought about swimming if you go there too
