Sorry to hear about your no show, I've had many over the years, you get everything ready and then they can't be bothered to call to cancel, I've now taken to taking their mobile number and text them the day before just to confirm our meeting, it seems to work, someone better will come along for you so good luck x

She showed up over an hour late, no explanation :/
Oh well, she was lovely and little girl was adorable. Hope I get this contract, its just what I'm looking for!!
Mum asked bags of questions, I like that!
Just a bit worried she might be "over picky" she wasn't keen that I don't drive.
