Not able to copy and paste my SEF online from word

Argghhhhhhhhhhh! Why won't it let me copy and paste my SEF !! I have made a start and saved it on Word, now it won't let me paste it online!! i don't fancy typing it all up again.

I have a brief memory of maybe having the same problem but I did manage it.

I think maybe I had to highlight and use control c and then control v rather than using the click on the mouse if that makes sense?!

Definitely need to use the keyboard short cuts I think it's control c to copy then control v to paste as someone else said if not google what the commands are

Definately 'Ctrl c' to copy and 'Ctrl v' to paste.
