Could anyone give me advice on this please?

Under the 'leadership and management' heading there is a bit that asks - 'on the basis of your evaluation what are your priorities for improvement'.
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this bit please, I'm getting a bit flustered and confused. Would you just write in a list exactly what you intend to do/change (eg. more of a certain resource, activity, more equipment etc.), or would you write in essay form/paragraphs?
Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

I just write a couple of things I intend to do in the next few months then update them when they are done with my next set of things to do
