about three weekends ( inbetween doing meals and shopping)

its taken ages i think

but now i feel 100% better in myself...it had started my IBS off!

i was nervous at first...but i got sarah707's ebook. It was invaluable. I see you registered in feb ....i only registered on the 25th of jan so not far ahead of you. I decided to get a wriggle on cos there is so much other stuff to sort out before Mrs O darkens my door.
