you aren't stupid at all, all you need is some guidance and confidence and a) you have come to the right place and b) you have asked (searched out) for help - that takes courage

what is it you want to know - take one question at a time

    Hi Gray and welcome

Having just finished my SEF - well bar the spell checks and tweaking, I can assure you that you are not being dense - the wording is fairly inscrutable at times!

My advice would be to read sarahs fab guide which is in the resources section at the top of the site, read the guidence published online and to take it one section at a time.

feel free to ask lots of qs here too

There are so many brilliant helpful people and resourses available on here, you just need to ask.
