    Hello Sarah and Katrina,

I too have started minding last year like Katrina but I have also not completed my SEF. I have continuously grown and changed things every so often to improve my setting or just come up with ideas. As I haven't written them all down I know need to back track to remember what I hav done. So as Sarah say's with her years of experience "its best to start early" and keep it up because it's easier to write and add as you go than to add and update past events.

I'm going to take your hunches and start mine too before the end of this month. Thanks to you both. Anything that helps explain things to Mrs O must be a bonus
