sorry guys!

just a quick one.... im ALMOST ready for when ofsted come...hurrah hurrah.... when do i have to do a SEF...?? do i do this BEFORE they come or... when... my childminding support officer hasnt really enlightened me much on this and i like to be organised and prepared

when do you begin doing a sef out of curiosity... i think i am due training in november.

When you are working you will find that you are constantly thinking about how things are going, how things might be changed, what you can do better, how the children's learning can be improved etc etc...

All that and more goes in your SEF
