My first inspection is due sept but I don't actuall start minding until sept! Do I need to do self ahead of it?

Self assessment is all about reflecting on your practice, so if you have not worked yet the set is difficult to do.maybe write up some reflections on how things have gone so far, what your aims are and what you what to implement in the future and if ofsted do come calling you have some self reflection to show them and if they don't come for a while you can use this elf reflection to work on your sef in a few months.

I make a note in my diary whenever I change things or reflect on the ways I work.

It might not all go in my SEF but some of it does and it's always helpful to see how you are growing professionally

Make yourself a training log - nothing complicated, a sheet of paper with the months of the year on will do - put down courses you've attended, why you wanted to go on them and what you got out of them plus any other training you want to do in the future.

All makes good evidence for Mr/Mrs O.

Oh no!! havent been up and running for long,and ive just had my self assessment through.Ive looked at it and im so stuck,also i didnt realise that they put a little questionaire for the parents? starting to panic now.PLEASE HELP!!
