    Question evaluating service

hi i am filling out part 5 of the application form and i think i've finally got through all the statements!

now i'm not sure about how i will 'evaluate the service' - all i can think of is doing a feedback box which parents can add to anonymously and questionnaires for parents and children, which would come under the next bit - 'service users and carers being involved in evaluating' etc etc

can anyone help me out? do i just say i will be carrying out self-evaluation regularly and improving where i can and so on? and talk about the questionnaires and feedback for the second part? should i mention using care commission inspections to help me evaluate? can i compare with other services as well to improve my own - say, swap ideas with other childminders etc?

is there anything else i can do to evaluate the service? !!!
