Default whats the difference between a policy and a statement?

i'm filling out part 5 of the application, and i'm confused as to why for some things they ask for a 'statement' and some a policy/procedure' -- what's the difference?

    thanks xx

Question Re: whats the difference between a policy and a statement?

What ones are you trying to do?

Did you go on the SCMA induction course?

Cause I just ignored all the points in Part 5 and just did the ones SCMA said you needed... they had help points telling you what your statements should include.

I also used the BCMA website for help.
