    Default inspections

    Hi im in central scotland and was wondering if anyone knows when you get your first inspection? i was registered in september. thanks. Also what do i need to have in place for them coming? thanks

    Hey,

    I was registered in May 09 and haven't heard anything yet.

    All I know for sure is they will not inspect you within the first six months (unless you have a complaint) they like to give new minders a chance to settle into the roll.

    As far as I can tell all you need is for all paperwork to be up to date and have lots and lots of evidence of what you are doing with the kids (pictures & diaries)

    Hi

    I was registered in August 2008 - and received my first inspection in December 2009 - although they did send out the paperwork and parent questionaires in August - they were running a bit behind!

    You usually get inspected after year of being registered.
