Help!!

Ive got my pre-registration on Wednesday and the inspector has sent me an email asking me to prepare a hundred and one things about the service that I'm going to provide.

I'll be honest the email is horrendous as its asking for so much that I cant get my head around it.

Can someone tell me the best way to organise this to ensure that I complete everything that's asked for.

By the way I live in Scotland so the information asked for will probably be different.
