i was wonder myself looking around the PVG site which PVG we use for childminding there individual and other employer, just wonder which one when my time come for apply

Yeah the pvg is our new version of police disclosures in scotland.
The care inspectorate sent me my pvg forms and she had already ticked the one I was to apply for - can't remember what one it was though - just know it was the full one for working with children
