It's a Protecting Vulnerable Groups check, it's basically a disclosure check but I'm in Scotland

Can take upto 3 weeks aparently but it all depends on how many house moves youve had, the more addressses to be checked then the longer it takes them.

Im still on the old system but have been told we will all be done by 2015
