    Default Help needed pleeeeeease!

    Hi everyone, I have been asked by my dw to use the 5 steps to risk assessment template but I could really do with seeing a completed example. Ive looked online but cant find an example in this format.
    Is there anyone here who wouldnt mind sharing one with me please?

    I will PM you x

    They can be used for your annual ones, specific trips you do, also on going RA's so when things crop up you can RA it right away and log the result etc

    This is just one way of writing risk assessments - there are many others.

    Take what advice is offered to you and find your own ways of doing things if you are more comfortable with them.

    All the information you need is -

    Written by -

    Date -

    People at risk -

    Hazard / risk / control

    For example - open drain / child falls down drain and breaks leg / cover drain

    Signed -

    Review date -
