    Default General RA

    Hi
New day new dilema!! When i went on my course i got a template risk assesment to fill in as apart of coursework, i had every intention of photocopying it before i sent it off but completely forgot.
Now i have no clue where to start , what it needs to include. Will be having Mrs O round some time soon and wanted that ready.
Could anyone give me some advice on Risk assesments (Home & Garden)
    Thanks for reading
