    Default Reviewing risk assessments - hmm confused!

    Hi everyone

    Ive just reviewed all my RA 's and done a footer on them all to say reviewed Jan 2011 - is this enough to show im revieqwing them or do I need to sign something everytimne i go on the outing?

    That's all I do, then note in diary of any concerns on a day out and change if necessary - but only permanent changes.

    Thanks, so if i go to the library I just need to read oit through and check but not document Ive done that anywhere?
