help with risk assessments

Hi i was wondering if anyone could help me with writting up risk assessments i need to do one for school pick ups, outings, jungle jims etc and i havnt got the first clue of how to write any up nor do i know if theres a format you need to follow etc im kinda getting worried now as i may have my first inspection very soon and need these in place but am finding it hard how to type them up i would really appreciate anyone if they could send me a copy for an example one so i can see what i need to do
