    Default RA

I hate to admit it but I have no risk assessments done

I am really struggling with them.
There's so many different templates I don't know which one to use, I can't seem to design one myself & just really don't understand how to do them I get a mental block everytime I sit down to write one
I don't know how much detail to go into, for e.g do I describe every road I cross on the way to the park e.g 1st road has no crossings, 2nd road has a zebra crossing or just write a general note about how we cross roads?

I also have no emergency procedure for when we're out for e.g if a child gets lost or seriously hurt, I don't know what the best procedure is for if this happens?

I sound totally dumb but just cannot get my head around them

I've looked at the Bromley ones so many times & just don't know what to write. I get confused just looking at them.

    With the NCMA for eg
Hygiene Are nappies disposed of safely? Do children have their own flannels, towels and sponges? Are these changed regularly?

Do I have to write how nappies are disposed of, how often towels are changed etc or do I just tick the box to say that they are?
