    Default Risk Assessments

    Can someone tell me if we need a risk assessment for childminding play groups. Even if they have their own.

    You can use theirs, but you need a copy of it. But you will need to add to it for getting there and home.

    You must have a risk assessment for every type of outing ... that is the law.

    it doesn't say whether you write the risk assessment or use a RA someone else has written.

    To be on the safe side, I would write one

    There probably wont be one for soft play as all soft play centres are different, but you can use the template off Bromley and write your own.

    Sorry yes - there are just general templates but you would have to write your own specific to the soft play you use.
