    Default Another risk assessment Q!

    Sorry

Just getting things in order ready for inspection, what have you all got risk assessments for?

I have all the rooms and garden, swimming, beach, outings, and think thats about it so far!

I'm working on one per outing ... so one for the ducks, one for playgroup, one for toddlers, one for music tots, one for the park, one for school pick ups etc ...

I've got them all on pre-printed forms so I just have to fill in the blanks

I have one for house/garden, outings, pet. I don't take the kids swimming and I don't drive so I don't worry about that.
Outings - I have a separate one for school runs and park.

No I do a seperate form for my car - it details things such as mot date, insurance renewel, copy of insurance so parents know I'm insured for business usage, Tick boxes for car seats, first aid kit etc. I feel it shows I'm thinking about the safety of the children at all times. My network co-ordinator thought it was a good idea.

Don't drive and don't use public transport ( unless we went on a daytrip and then it'd come under that!)

Thanks, what I have should suffice then I hope!
