    Default assistant is pregnant

    my assistant has just found out she's pregnant and im trying to do a risk assessment for her on what she can and can't do and safety but im stuck and hoping some of you would be able to give me some ideas of what to include i ve already got the obvioous lifting the children in there, just want to be extra cautious as she had a miscarriage only a few months ago.

    If there is anything as part of her job that she feels uncomfortable doing then she should speak to you... I think that's the main thing.

    Maybe RA things like twisting to put children in the car, lifting toy boxes and buggies, changing nappies on the floor...
