2 minders combining

How do i find info on two minders combining their service???

Childminders are registered to work from one place. If 2 were to work together you would need to speak to Ofsted to justify the numbers you could have and the space available sometimes restricts this.

Ofsted would be my first port of call.

You will also need to take advice from your insurance company

You might also have to speak to your local council, some might insist you are registered as a business premises or at least have have permission from them to work together. A friend of mine was refused permission by the council because she lived on a cul-de-sac and the council were concerned about parking and access.
