    Default EY2 form???

Hi not sure if i'm being completely thick but I need to get friend who is registering as an assistant to complete a EY2 form. I understand that she needs a gateway account, and then she needs to go to this page to complete the form:

Ofsted | Become a childcare provider or childminder

But which option is it? None of them say anything about registering as an assistant?

Also when does she do the DBS? Before the EY2 or after?

    Many thanks
