    Default Taking on an assistant

Hi all, just looking for some advice. I'm taking on a friend as my assistant for 3 days a week I have heard different things, can she be self employed? I would much rather do it this way so it's not so complicated, also do most people pay minimum wage? is there anywhere I can get a job description from? thanks in advance

Ow and if you look at Sarah's Ebooks- she has a great one for employing assistants which has a job description in it- if your a gold member of Childcare.co.uk think its on the guide books there too
