I know this is a famous book but I had actually never read it

I bought it at the weekend and have started planning a theme around it.

Strangely this is the story that calms my son if he is upset or has hurt himself. I just have to whisper it in his ear and he relaxes immeadiately!

My little mindee loves watching Michael Rosen on youtube, so much so that my son has downloaded it onto my ipod so he can watch it while we're waiting for his sister to come out of school.

Cant tell you how many children over the yrs have mispronounced bear hunt to their parents Ha ha !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of my daughter's favourite books at the moment. She has my husband reading it to her before he goes to work every morning. We've got the pop up version and it is really a good buy.

My lot love Bear Hunt.

I set up mini one in the kitchen with small play people a while ago. The kids loved it

Will have to order that game. Looks great

Theatre tickets!!!

Just been searching online as my girls are addicted to the bear hunt so thought we might do a wall freize and found that there is a stage production of the book. Mostly down south/mid uk at the moment, bath, folkstone, nottingham but thought if people like it as much as my girls they might be interested.

Thank you for the links. It is loved in this house to. We are going to see the show with 5 other friends front row. I cant wait! I was going to do the topic round when we see it.
